Platform Syndrome and Koisuru Universe are my favs of this album 
I had to vote for both. Although Koisuru Universe had already been released as a single even though it was digitally and I usually avoid for this questions, known songs prior to the album's release, I had to include it.

My top 3 are Take Me Out, Over and Electric Girl.

For me first place is a tie between Midnight City for the 70s vibe and Electric Girl for Mami's riff and Tomomi getting the chance to show off a bit. Koisuru Universe and Over tied in second; Platform Syndrome and Oh! No! are joint-third. Whoops, guess that makes a uh, top six...

Mami's riff in Electric Girl is one of, if not my favorite Scandal riff.  Really fun to play it though it's easy to mess up because of the speed.  Definitely my favorite track on Honey.  Over would probably be number two.
