They can play live until they are around 40-45. After that they could focus on studio releases only.
Also if one of them leave the band it won't be SCANDAL anymore, it will be something else.  So SCANDAL will be over as soon as one of them decide to do something else or something happens to her and she can't sing/play anymore.

For now let's enjoy their music and suport them as best we can. It's a bit pointless to worry about when it will be over because at one point it will be.
