Death Note

yeah I know the series has been over, but the latest devlopment is that Warner Bros. has picked up the license for a Death Note movie that will follow the manga/anime more than those live action films that already came out. I just need to finish the Manga and I would have seen almost everything Death Note Related.

i heard about this, it was on IMDB, they have up a Death Note page for a 2011 release, and i also found this upon browsing

and that ins't referencing the two previous live action movies since they were released in 2006, so hopefully its going to happen =)

have you seen the spin off of the live action movies that is something about L: changes the world or something? wondering if its worth a look =)

yes it is worth watching.

from a fan stand point, it is better than the first two movies lol.

well if you like the manga and anime, the movie is a curve ball in how things happen. I just bought the book Death Note: L: Change the World so there are going to be differences already as Near is not Thai in the book.

ah but near was cool, mmm i guess more evidence i should check it out, but wow there's a manga on it? i thought it was just a movie spin off?

^there is a novel like snyper said, funny thing is that Mello wrote it. XD just like Mello was the one who narrated Los Angeles BB Murder Case Novel.. only difference in the plot is more info on L's history and Near not being thai.

so, there is no Death Note 3 movie arent it? L change the world is 3.5. but my friend told me that there are 3rd movie, but i havent found it.

it's very cool anime,,,
light very genius, but in the end he's defeated by near

i wish they choose actors that fit to play the characters,
i dont want my eyes to hurt because of another crappy-anime to film adaption,

Just watched the anime again, I really can't accept Light's death..
