I'm not 100% sure but I think "BURN" ranked at number 3 at Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) J-Pop Chart.

I think that's just a list of songs they played in the program, not a ranking.

I do think it's really charted at #3.

(I guess 本周歌曲龍虎榜 means "this week charts". If so then there are 4 charts listed there, the last one is the J-Pop chart)
If you check the latest "episode" then it's the same as on the above linked page
(it looks like the list on the right side of each "episode" is what they play in each episode)

Yes and Haruka ranked no. 1 previously They are all astonished when hearing this at 2:55 (http://teenpower1.rthk.hk/teenspecial/tptv/inside.php?id=610)
