Yeah that's more like it haha. And not just the usual kind of SCANDAL rock either, HARD rock this time. I hope the running theme of the album is something like this.

2 things come to mind. 1. As expected the girls come out with something unexpected, AGAIN. 2. People should have more faith in them. They put out ONE song that has dancing in the PV and it's a suddenly a global crisis. We should learn to never doubt them. I know I never do..



BTW, I wrote on a post sometime ago wishing the girls would do something with a killer riff based rhythm as opposed to the usual rhythms that they like to use. And here it is!

As good as the preview sounds, I hope the album won't just stick with one genre of music. Not saying that having a lot of Rock songs is wrong, but it would be a pretty neat treat if the album actually has many genres of music contained within

Best news and preview of today by far. I've never doubted the girls' ability to amaze, especially with that powerful riff that continues from that powerhouse of a intro.

For sure, this album would seem quite varied in style, from including PHS, the awesome title track and more.

I'm looking at the tracklist with more and more excitement. :D

now this will satisfy people that our precious girls are returning back to rock n' roll and just as i guessed. hahahha!! ye, song is hard-rock looking forward to the remaining songs

1. Queens are Trumps - Hard rock, Rocky music. Can't wait to hear the rest of it.
2. Taiyou Scandalous - Loved it then, love it now
3. Pin Heel Surfer - Thought it was ok then, think its ok now
4. Rock'n Roll - Alternative / pop rock. Decent
5. Bitter Chocolate - An old school slow tempo rock song. I LOVE IT!!! .happy.
6. Kill the Virgin - Psychedelic rock LOL! Houkago and Tokyo Skyscraper had a baby
7. Koe - Mami singing pop rock. Pretty good
8. Rising star - Pop rock version of Anata ga Mawaru. Not necessarily sounding the same, but it is a super energy piece. NICE
9. Bright - WOW THIS SOUNDS LIKE A 80s ROCK SONG!!! LOVE
10. Welcome Home - Liked it then, like it now
11. Harukaze - ditto ^
12. Right Here - a good farewell pop rock piece. Its ok

queens are trumps - so far, i adore this song; 20/10
rock 'n' roll - pretty nice, but not killer; 8.5/10
bitter chocolate - something about this song really stays with me; 10/10
kill the virgin - tomomi's solo? it sounds funky; 9.5/10
koe - mami's voice is really improving!; 9.5/10
rising star - very energetic, like a confidence song; 10/10
bright - breezy and relaxing, the slower rock song that the album needed; 9/10
right here - great ending to a great album; 10/10

conclusions -
1. my favorites are queens are trumps, bitter chocolate
2. this album may be my new favorite scandal album.
3. amazon previews really need to be longer.

Mami's playing awesome!!!! Always knew she had the ability, but their previous songs didn't have the guitar complexity to show them off!!!! I'm SO glad I'm getting this album!!!! Just heard the previews. This is their best album to date. Period. Better than BA, much better than Temptation box and so superior to BEST SCANDAL it's not even a fair comparison.

It's to be expected I think. They have the experience, the crew, the equipment and the chops to pull this kind of thing now. It's really awesome. I'm so happy I preordered this.
