The other day I was playing some old Rihanna songs like Pon de Replay and it made me nostalgic as most of them came out when I was in middle school or even elementary school. Avril Lavigne's early stuff also makes me nostalgic, as does A Thousand Miles by Vanessa Carlton.
As far as non-English songs, I was really into BoA in 6th and 7th grade so almost all of her songs make me nostalgic, especially NO. 1, VALENTI, Atlantic Princess, etc.
Also, Nobody by Wonder Girls and Simple and Clean by Utada Hikaru (and all Hikki songs tbh, she was my first Japanese artist).
