Yesterday before work, TOMOMI and I
Went to go see 「Frozen」 in the morningー!
I wonder how long it's been since I've watched a movie in the morning..
But waking up early and seeing a movie is great and refreshing!!

When 「Frozen」 was announced, it made me remember the Hans Christian Andersen picture book 「The Snow Queen」 that I used to love.
I asked my mom so many times to read it to meー...

Out of all of the picture books I seemed to haved like this one the best, and it seems like from a young age I have loved the mysterious power known as witches.
I admired Wednesday from The Addams Family, so I guess I was a kid with bad (haha) tastes.

Well then, back to the main topic.
「Frozen」 has impressive songs, and even afterwards I had 「Let It Go」 stuck in my head. The scene that this song is played in has many wonderful betrayals in it that playing it just once didn't seem like enough.
I really do love Disney works.
It's awesome that uniquely Disney has so many jokes woven in, whether it's their animations, dramas, or movies!!

All right, I'm going to buy the soundtrack.

Well, it's been ages since I've watched a movie in the morning. And if I would nowadays, it certainly wouldn't be a Disney :x

I'm wondering why Haruna wrote 'Let it Go' instead of the Japanese version by May J which is called something else lol. But yep, Frozen is actually loosely based off Hans Christian Andersen's book 'The Snow Queen'. Glad to see the her and Tomo enjoyed the film :3

A wonderful HARU blog like I love them LOVE

I can't remember the last movie I saw in the morning, it must have been years and years.

I wanted to go see Frozen, heard good things about it but now I definitely will =D Also she really love witches it seems ^_^

She said on twitter she watched the subbed version.

Anyway, Frozen is like my favorite Disney movie ever so I'm so glad to hear she and Tomo saw it :3
Picturing Haru singing "Let It Go" in her head is so great lol

And the Frozen soundtrack truly is awesome. I'm glad Haru thinks so too!^^

If I could count how many times i've seen Frozen since it came out............well its some number times.....that movie was amazing. i haven't been in love with a disney movie for such a long time.\

the soundtrack is amazing.....have the whole freaking thing.....well anyway thanks for the translation! glad Haruna liked the movie.

so will we get a possible cover of let it go Haruna? lol

Btw if I'm not mistaken, there are two Japanese versions but the official one wasn't sung by May J.

Yeah, it was by Takako Matsu. Elsa's Japanese voice actress

I actually enjoyed Frozen despite all the hype going around because of it. I'm pretty suspicious of things that go on a huge hype.

I'm really glad that Haru and Tomo watched and enjoyed this movie. And I did enjoy the soundtrack and the story. I even sing the song parody (in Cebuano) of "Do you wanna build a snowman". Tongue

I actually liked May J's version of "Ari no Mama de" (Japanese ver. of Let it Go) which is for the credits part of the movie (similar Demi Levato's version).

It be a dream come true too if Haru will cover Let it Go. Onion Shine

But I guess the chances are pretty slim.

I loved the Addams family too but Mortica was my favourite Happy

Even at my age I still love the Disney movies and Tokyo Disneyland is always packed so we know the Japanese love it too.
If Rina buys the 'Wreck-it Ralph' soundtrack she can have AKB48 as well...hehe
But I know Haru is more into K-Pop Happy

I watched Frozen yesterday (in english) thanks to this blog of HARU =P And I have to say it's a great movie and I understand now why this song was stuck in her head!!

I have the different songs (english and japanese versions) on repeat on youtube!

I prefer the movies versions (Idina Menzel & Matsu Takako) but the "official songs" from Demi Lovato and May J. are very nice too. If you watch the movie you like them even more IMO. The french version is not as good, especially the chorus part IMO.

So now... Let it go/Ari no Mama de cover version from SCANDAL yes please Peace Onion
