My fav song from SevenCollar T-Shirt (yup, that's how it's written - why? long story...), a band from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

PS: The end noise bit of the SH Cover Band side cover of SCANDAL's Doll ( https://www.scandal-heaven.com/t154p1000-scandal-cover-videos#748503 ) was rippe... I mean, inspired by the intro of this song.

Here's something from Brazil.

We call this "samba rock", was popular in the 70s, it's usually more agitated than this, but I really like this slow jam.

@Tuba
Thumbs up

For those whose musical history/interest starts and ends with Kurt Cobain, here's where much of his teen angst style originated:

The Replacements is the punk band that best defined my generation/high school years.  "Let It Be" is an essential must-have in every rock fan's album collection (as with at least five of their other records).  Their refusal to play the corporate game you were supposed to in the 80's (as well as maintaining sobriety), greatly affected their ability to reach a bigger audience and be as popular as they should have been.  Too bad, because I love this band.

I'd like to share with you some traditional ballads that I enjoy listening occasionally. Hope you'll like it.

This 1982 Philippine hit is all about unrequitted love, written and performed by the late Filipino-American Ric Segreto. Here's Kahit Konting Pagtingin:

I agree with DJ legend Eddie Trunk that Richie Kotzen has to be one of, if not the most-talented musician/performer to never break it big to a wider audience.  Such a shame.  This live clip is long, but it definitely shows off all that makes him so great.
