There is no mention of a real-life "music video (MV)" for SCANDAL's new song in any of the press releases I have seen.

I think that wildthing_san is referring to the actual animated short "XPICE" when he says "MV" because that is the only thing that is going to premiere on XFLAG's YT channel on July 15 at 7 pm JST. I've edited the post for clarity.

So again, there has been NO mention of a real-life music video specifically for SCANDAL's new song so far.

This song is just awesome! Better than most of the songs on Kiss from the Darkness, except for A.M.D.K.J..

@izzy: Nice observation! I'm about to say the same about the intro. There's a little bit of Foo Fighters and Helmet during the first part of the song as well.

I just simply love the song! Spice brings back some good memories from 1997. For me, this is their best single so far. It's a shame that this will be released in digital format only.

For some reason,once again there doesn't seem to be any way to actually buy this in Australia...I wonder why? This is the same for most Japanese bands here. On Google Play it's 'Unavailable'. Maybe you could get it on iTunes but I don't have that and I wouldn't be at all surprised if it's not available there either. We can't buy any digital music on Amazon here at all,for some silly geo-blocking/publishing type reasons etc. It's almost like these record companies don't want people to buy their stuff...or something?
Whatever,it's not the end of the world,just have to wait a couple of days until someone uploads it somewhere I suppose.

Ah ok,thanks. I've never actually looked into YTM. Apparently if you upgrade to YouTube Premium you can then download. Another thing is YTM seems to only be for Android and iPhones? So not on a pc? Of course you can just move music files from your phone to pc...but why do they keep removing options to buy stuff? Happy

Well, the entire production blew me away! The narrative is simple yet powerful. It touches my heart during the part that Wasabi's internalizing while trying to nourish her plat with her powers!

You can access YTM via your browser @ https://music.youtube.com

Otherwise:

The closest you will get to a desktop app is installing the web player as a progressive web app.

In Chrome, you should be prompted to “install” right from the address bar.

And, yeah, I have a Premium YT account so can download stuff for offline use. Shame you can't throw the girls a few bucks, though (so that, y'know, Mami can afford to eat something other than noodles..).
