i agree. i love scandal's music videos, but a plot or storyline would be a welcome change to footage of them just playing their instruments.

The single could easily be Kimi to Mirai to Kanzen Douki with Kagen no Tsuki being the coupling song, I think haha

Not sure why you posted this in the AwaTsumo thread, alrick. Everyone is correct that this is for "Kagen no Tsuki." I'm going to try and move these posts to the correct thread. (Edit: Moved successfully; all posts are in the Kagen thread now)

And yes, the PV will be aired August 2nd, 8:00 pm JST, only to CLUB SCANDAL (their Japanese mobile fan club) members.

Literally, the bottom text says "Ban lifted for 24 hours"; could possibly mean that the video will be aired for 24 hours/will be available for 24 hours? idk. I hate it when there's just a sequence of kanji posted like that; it makes it difficult to interpret it exactly. :P

Oh, so that screenshot was taken from the PV making-of video that's posted on CLUB SCANDAL (their Japanese mobile fan club), so it probably means that the 24 hour thing will only be available there and only to members.

Not sure yet when exactly it'll be aired to the public, but it'll probably be around the same time. I'm sure the scandal_band Twitter will post about it eventually.

But...why would they only show it for 24 hours? If they do that there is a very high chance it ends up on youtube anyway and then the "official" release will be stupid no?

Okay, so it turns out that the full "Kagen no Tsuki" PV will be available online and to the public for 24 hours from August 2nd 8:00 pm JST to August 3rd 8:00 pm JST on SCANDAL's official YouTube channel. Their channel is, of course, only available to people in Japan, but it can be viewed if you use a proxy server (an SH member explained how to do so here).
