Hi touch may not necessarily be before the concert, if it's anything like the Singapore concert it will be after, where you will do it with them on your way out. The layout of the venue may just be that they need to allow the VIP ticket holders to enter first. But yeah, you will want to come early for the front row positions, unless the tickets are for numbered seats, in which case coming early or not doesn't make a difference anymore, since your position would already have been predetermined by your ticket.

Just had an online conversation with another S-H member on a separate thread for the London show in 2015.

Can any S-H members from France tell us if b7klan is an actual tour promoter that sells the tickets officially?

From it's website, it boasts a roster of previous J-bands that have come to Europe for their tours. I knew of them from the time OOR came to Europe in 2013.

The reason there is a slight concern is that, none of the official channels (eg the O2 Academy website) have any indication of ticket sales this coming Wednesday. Furthermore, the 26 April slot is still blank at this moment of me writing this. Le Bataclan has a photo of SCANDAL for the 25 April but no further info on ticket sale dates.

So, if anyone from France who could reassure us that they have bought tix from b7klan in the past and there's nothing to worry, that'd be great!

b7klan is an official organiser and ticket seller about Japanese music. 
Most of Japanese live (and maybe all), in France, are supervise by this company. I don't have any problem with them and anyway, as they have not their own ticket sale website, when you'r going to buy your ticket, you are redirect to ticket website seller like FNAC/weezevent that you can compare like eticket or pia in Japan
So,overall, b7klan organize the event and ticket seller websites sells tickets. For all Japanese lives I did, they always did this system. But I don't know why, this time, tickets are not available from the O2 website like OOR's.

Anyone wanting to buy the tix from the O2 site as opposed to b7klan on Wednesday need to be a customer with O2 ie have an O2 mobile phone. Otherwise, it's Friday.

The O2 Academy Islington is located in the vicinity of a shopping mall/arcade (http://n1islington.com/). Hence, a queue from early morning is disruptive to the patrons.

You can still mill around, like chill in the nearby cafés and the like. Like those OOR fans who got to take photos with Ryota, Toru and Tomoya when they were walking around the area in the afternoon before the gig (although I cannot imagine the SCANDAL lasses will be moving around unescorted... hahaha).

I once arrived at the O2 15 mins before doors open and the queue was already around the block, which implies they'd prolly let you queue an hour before doors open I guess.

With no mention of "Hi-Touch" tickets, I'm going to be getting my tickets through the b7klan website instead!

It depends on the tour promoter. You will know when you start buying them. Even in the most popular defo sell out gigs they'll let you buy two at the very least.

Understandably the limited number of tix is to discourage scalpers. I can't stand scalpers - making a quick buck whilst taking advantage of genuine fans who could not buy tix...

Don't like the "are you ready?" bit - makes it look like a competition.

I sended them a mail and they responded :

"Once on sale, you can order (in link) your ticket and then pay by paypal" (the link is : www.b7klan.com)

So, it'll be okay I think. (But I've asked for Paris Ticket)

Ok, I'll keep an eye out next week.

I know it's probably hoping too much, but I hope they come someplace relatively near Atlanta. It's unlikely though. While Atlanta has a huge Korean population, it can't compare to the built in fanbase of the Japanese population of the west coast. I think the only East Coast location they're likely to visit would be NYC. Though, it wouldn't surprise me if their only appearances in the USA were on the Pacific.
