Like the title , tell everybody the first manga (anime) make u sad or cry.

In Bleach when Ichigo and Rukia parted ways in chapter 423/episode 342. Anime makes it a lot sadder with all the music etc...

Never been crying a lot in anime and mangas because don't get me involved in the story, the first anime that made shed gallons of tears was Elfen Lied, and Yes, I do not want to see this anime more, is too sad, so much so that to finish watch it I it took me a long time. Onion Cry

Now, Kimi Ni Todoke manga, is a silly, all cute, but it made me cry so much and still does, Sawako is very innocent, and I want to protect it, I end up crying with the situations, she is learning to cope with feelings, friendships (since all the innocents haunt) is a cute story. TOJ Onion
