mine was Ranma 1/2, it's a comedy but some other episodes made me cry a bit
but Kyokai no Kanata made me cry so hard, the last episodes was so very touching and I can't handle the feels XD

The first anime that make me really cry was Clannad: After Story, the part where Nagisa died after giving birth (the way the creators show her hand dropping from Tomoya's hand, plus the background music, makes me cried like a baby) and the part where their daughter died also makes me cry again....
