I just wonder when will they start MV shootings.. .hmmm. since they haven't said anything about them like i remember they almost always write about PV shoots in their blogs (like in Yoake no ryuuseigun era) but i haven't heard anything about them this time

The preview for me, sounds like a really cool version of 'Right Here' from the Queens are Trumps album, except for the bridge.

But anyway, I like this style, it's pretty cute and cool.

Actually, for me already from the first listen  it didn't sound like "Right Here" (like a lot of you wrote). Well it's familiar to Weezer, but somehow it doesn't look like Right here for me :\

Its a pretty chill song. I pretty much sat and stared at the computer screen as it played. Though I liked the little bit at the end of the song.

True, it was pretty chill, even Mami's solo was not 'that' hardcore. It seems like she's experimenting again with the effects haha. Well, it's not that bad. I liked it. And yeah, I liked the ending part too. Haruna's 'ohh yeah' parts really fit with Mami's/Tomo's 'Everything's gonna be alright'~


I wonder if they filmed one song in each venue for the DVD? Chances are low, though because it's probably too much work for the crew. It would be cool though if it's Oyasumi in LA, Graduation in Essen, Kan Biiru in HK, Hon wo Yomu in Paris, so and so forth

Can't wait to hear Flashback no.5! The release's still pretty far away tho -.- I have to remain patient!

Full version sounds fine but I don't think this will be something that I'd listen on loop. .nerd. 
My thoughts might change when HQ version is out though. Gonna wait for Flashback no. 5

yeah its a pretty Smooth song. its relaxing for me

not a big fan of this release even after the full version of stamp (it happens) but I have big faith for flashback no.5 because the title looks promising

Ehh I don't know about this release... I personally prefer their more rock songs.

It's not bad it's just not my cup of tea, maybe it'll grow on me. Hopefully the b-side is more energetic

I'm curious what the bonus will be with the cd though

Hi Jade - so this is random, ie comes with the CD from any music store? And not the ones related to a member-specific store ie Tsutaya=MAMI, Tower=HARU etc?

In my opinion, the song really rocked though it lacked some badass guitar solo. I felt that they have once again evolved and taken a next step with regards to their music. And if they continue playing alternative rock, then I will love them even more since it's my kind of music. I just hope it has an excellent lyrics to match the melody.

Correct. It doesn't matter where you buy the RE; if it's marked as first press, then you will get one of the photo cards at random. It's the equivalent of the stickers that have been included inside the cases of some of their past CDs.

They have still yet to announce the specific store bonuses--if any.

This weekend I went to the locations in Venice Beach where they shot the photos for "Stamp!" and the area really does fit the vibe of the song, imo. I'll be going back soon with more friends and I'm looking forward to walking around listening to the full song! haha

This song is really chill but still super fun, it does carry that going to the beach on a sunny day feel.  Haruna's harmonizing and singing is great here too, i was expecting Tomomi to have a solo part here, but Haru is good here. .happy.  Mami's guitar solo may not be hard core but it's really cool especially the first part of it.

It really does carry that American poprock vibe, cant wait to see this live, the pv, and the HD version. I like this song alot better than their last two summer songs.

Now lets wait for news about Flashback no.05, usually their b side have a different sound than the A-side, hopefully this one is more "punchy"

To be honest, I didn't even notice it at first. But that's probably because it has the same sound and fills the same role as the "gimme gimme" in "Beverly Hills"  So I was probably just mentally expecting it.

I actually know the difference between the turntables and the guitar effect you mentioned. That guitar effect I am referring to was a pick being rub to the bass strings of the guitar, I'm doing that when making punk rock songs and it sounds good. I'm sorry for any confusions there hehehe it's just that I don't get the connection of a summer song blended/mixed with scratchy sounds there.

I'm pretty excited for this single to come out.  It'll be my third SCANDAL purchase after getting their HELLO WORLD & Greatest Hits during their recent tour as a new fan.  Its definitely something out of the spectrum of what they put out but I was pretty smitten with it when hearing the snippet.  Somehow I was hoping the song to ramp up a bit more when they premiered the song on beat planet, but after giving it a few listens - I'm liking it more and more just the way it is.  Hoping this single goes well for them :D!

Anyone else notice how the Stamp! refrain "everything's gonna be alright" is paced like the same phrase in Bob Marley's great "No Woman No Cry"— Listen and see if you don't agree:

Our SCANDAL is way different from Marley but they do share the positive vibe. I guess they were good friends with OreSka Band in Osaka so they probably knew some Caribbean music. 
It'll be great to see how they perform it...

On their LINE home page, they said that the DVD has footage from Tokyo International Forum Hall A, so unfortunately we won't see the overseas venues.

Listened to the full version of the song. I still like it, though it's so chill that I kind of zone out and don't pay full attention to it. It gets a little bit repetitive too, especially the "Everything's gonna be all right" part. Part of the reason might be that the chorus isn't really distinct and blends into the verse.
