What do you think is the chance they will add any international dates?
As in, specifically, North American shows?

I know it already feels like ages ago, but they just did a North American tour a few months ago! So, realistically, and considering the typical 3-ish-year gap they have between US shows (2008, 2011, 2015, 2018), they probably won't tour here again for at least another 2 years.

I think the girls will concentrate in Japan this year with their new established label.
At lease we shouldn't expect they will announce anything overseas related until their local tour kicks off.

Would the japanese phone number e-plus account also be needed for the CLUB SCANDAL pre-sale?

I do have a friend in Japan, but he already used his own e-plus account to get tickets for himself (he's a Mania member).

presales yes are general better tickets.
General sale will most probably sell out quickly especially for Osaka/Tokyo.
For resale, highly not recommended due to Photo ID check as you will not be able to attend without correct ID/as someone else's name on ticket, unless they also attend.

I have a friend in the Philippines who's a member o club-scandal but she can't get a ticket because her credit card is not accepted. The same card I think she used to register to be a member of club scandal. Now she's asking me to help her. I said I'll try to get her ticket at the general sale but that'd be okay right? Even if I do have my name on the ticket as long as I'm with her during the concert then that'd be fine, right?

Yes, that's fine. You basically only need to enter the venue together and get through the ID check at the door.

Or, if you have a Japanese mobile number and can set up an ePlus account, perhaps you can ask her to give you her CLUB SCANDAL login info and you can sign up for the CS lottery under your name? I think that could be possible. Or, you can sign up for your own CS account if that's easier. The lottery's open until tomorrow, 11:59 pm JST.

This. I'm a Mania Member but not a CS member. My friend's a CS Member but not a Mania Member. So she gave me her CS login info and I used my ePlus account to join the lottery. Just need to wait for the confirmation period.

Okay, great!

And yes, they have numbers on them, but I'm not sure if they would let you in at the same time if you have wildly different numbers. You probably would need to explain the situation to the staff at the venue and ask them what's the best thing to do.

People who resell tickets (AKA scalpers) generally do not go to the actual concerts; they're selling the tickets they were able to obtain in order to make a profit on them. So, if you don't actually know the person who you got your ticket from, don't count on them going to the concert.

And that's part of the reason why we do not recommend purchasing resale tickets.

To answer your actual question: In the highly unlikely event that the scalper will be attending the event too, they probably got their tickets as part of one order, which means the numbers are sequential and you would both end up going in at the same time anyway.

Standard practice in Japan if you and friends have different numbered ticket is to go in together with the highest/last to go in number. i.e. no line jumping

Zepp Nagoya is in Aichi, Nagoya and not in Tokyo.

Basically with the new terms, you can't buy a ticket without a Japanese mobile number as it requires a SMS verified eplus account.

Unless you find someone else buying general ticket tomorrow or have a spare, its going to be hard to tag along.
