This seems like it might be a stupid question but, what does どぼんどぼんど itself mean?

i think it was just a made up word with no meaning. (you know how those 2 speak in their own gibberish.)

Actually, I forgot to mention it. The lyrics I posted was taken from the blog of the songwriter himself, hence the word REAL.

One part still sounds different from the last lyrics given.

It's the bolded part. It sounded more like "so yeah" and something like atode. I couldn't catch what Tomomi was shouting after Mami for the second one.

or

Is there some witty Japanese wordplay that gets lost in translation here, or is Timo genuinely a bit mad?

Well from what I've seen this song's lyrics were written by a comedian so him and her are alittle crazy side as you'd imagine... (well genuinely Tomo alittle on the eccentric side of things isn't she...? personality wise?)
