As stated before, you need to provide the picture, I dont do that kinda stuff, once you got the picture you want and PLEASE make it an horizontal picture, not vertical, I'll do the sig.

Ehhh, for .gifs the only software I know and I've used its Adobe Ilustrator, I dont have it now though, but I've done a .gif signature before:
