As the question says, I'm still a little confused as to where this stuff belongs, especially as you can find translations of interviews and articles in both the SCANDAL/Other News and the SCANDAL Talk section. It's quite scattered and makes finding this kind of information difficult. I guess it's easier to say for internet and magazine articles, it falls under 'news' but for stuff from the official books and what not ...
