I like SCANDAL because their music is very catchy and just a bit heavier than most all-girl j-rock groups. Having three competent vocalists is a strong point as well. They also put up a great show, which is very important for a good band.

Because even though they are all girls, they ROCK!

They're different. Different in a sense that most all-girl groups we see today are the ones who sing and dance. But SCANDAL doesn't just sing and dance. They play -- play hard, and play very well.

Their music instantly grabs you whether you understand all of it, or some of it, or even none of it. Someone here said it best, and I agree completely:

I like SCANDAL because i feel that their songs are very unique and catchy. AND also because they are extremely cute :3

I sync to their music (I know someone else wrote the songs, but they're the one performing it), so yeah, I like the way they play/perform and the songs are appealing to me. Than subsequently, their youth and liveliness and energy and cuteness etc. further attracted me (after watching so many of their videos).

It's those times when you don't specially spend any effort loking for something, but the moment you come across it, you like it and just voluntarily dive in.

they can rock and play instruments and they love their oversea fans just as much as they love their japanese fans!! .dance.

all in all SCANDAL is awesome forever!!

I love their style of music.

And also I admire how they can all sing, dance and play their instruments during their live songs and still sound as awesome as the album recording!

I love them cause their songs are very catchy, and that each of them gets a spotlight, which I think is rare in most bands nowadays, (no offence) where vocalists command most of the attention They all shine in their own way. :D

Simply said - i think its because Scandal is a girl rock band and i like girls rock band...

Of course, just being a rock band by itself isnt good enough - But their music is nice too and that makes the whole equation good...

There are other reasons but the above is the initial reasons that i have for getting into them

truthfully ..... it started with cute girls... try listening and for no reason..... cant stop listening

I like how they have different styles of music, from fast to slow, rock! to soft ^-^

They are the first Japanese band that get my attention, they can dance, sing and play their instruments easily. They have talent.

When i heard their first song, after i wanted hear another and another and another and now I can't stop ,I not tired to listen their music. Their music is very sticky and have variety

looks: pretty and cute. they're pretty good at performing. there's only one thing i don't like is they don't have their own tune composition. just lyrics. for me that's the vital part of a band. well they're more entertainers/performers than musician-artist. don't get me wrong. i love the way they are in the "performance" side. and its pretty rare for all-pretty-girl band playing their own instruments that can also dance. I love them. Hope the next album they make their own tunes.
