Theres 7eleven in japan but its a combine company with i-holdings ( i tink...bought icecream there once )

The reason why she was probably surprised is that unlike 7-Eleven in other countries (like the US, etc.), 7-Eleven in Japan has almost no food items that are self-serve. For example, you cannot get a Big Gulp, fountain drink, slurpee, finger foods simply bc they are not available in Japan (I doubt they would even sell). In Japan, you either buy packaged foods or you ask the clerk for the hot foods available at the register (which is usually chicken, corn dogs, etc - not very much compared to other 7-Elevens) The concept of self-serve in Japan is largely foreign, and the only places I have seen them are at special buffet lunches or such at Western restaurants (Shakey's Pizza has an awesome one).

So glad they came even though I couldn't see much of them...

Really? It feels like there's been a huge boom of them in LA in the last few years - not as numerous as McDonalds or Starbucks, but still countless numbers of them. Maybe 7-Eleven is only targeting big cities?

The actual concert event was captured on film but I'm not sure what it will be used for. Maybe as a promotional footage for next year's AFAX? I sure hope it can be released as a full live performance DVD since it literally captured everything that Scandal performed on stage. X*cross my fingers*X

Even if it is not released by Scandal, as long as it features their live, I'll be sure to get it!!
