yea, that's it. on the anime. that technique was used by Oro when he attacked the village. He summoned the 1st and 2nd against the 3rd.

But then how did Kabuto find Nagato? Wasn't Konan with him even after he died?

I think it only summons the soul and doesn't need the real body. The body will be formed from the ashes and dirt inside the caskets.

That just makes no sense. It should be extracting it from the body, but okay..

Don't be surprised if Jiraiya or the Fourth can be summoned now, since Kabuto can summon 5 Akatsuki members at once.

I think that the Fourth would be an awesome surprise to Madara considering the Fourth's powers and abilities. Although some of the fans say that the Fourth couldn't be summoned because his soul is trapped in the Death God when he sealed the Kyuubi in Naruto. But it hasn't been proven yet.

And yes, i sense treachery in Kabuto as always!
