I'd like to know what went wrong with "Glamorous You".

Really good video. I think the slower tempo for the song will help when playing in venues where echo tends to muddy the sound. "Ivory" may turn out to sound best in a stadium.
Also, does anyone know who the older guy in the corner is?

Mami's hair.... either grows really fast, ivory was shot last year, or, well i wont go there lol. she's beautiful in any hairstyle.

LOL i know. that was what the "well I won't go there" was for. ive had friends that were a bit self conscious about that in the past. god she's beautiful. thanks for the link. i must have missed that pic as i was going through insta this morning.

I wonder what Haru refers to when saying "those past two times, we ended up playing in a very disconcerted state" and "I wasn't in a place where I was able to put on a good performance"

That refers to the vocal problems she had in the past? I'd say that about the 1st time they played, but what about the 2nd?

The second time they performed at OJH was in 2014, only a year after their first performance there in 2013 and not too long after her vocal problems started getting better--better, not completely fixed. It's not a stretch to say that she still wasn't at 100% then. IMO she didn't start sounding fairly stable/consistent when singing live until 2016 or so.

Is the guy who shows up around 9:40 the main director? It's so nice to hear him saying that he was once in the audience and wanted to work with them someday. That's the dream job!

Regarding what Haru said, she went through tough times trying to adapt her voice after the vocal problems, I believe she's talking not only about her vocals, which were good but inconsistent, but also having to deal with the pressure to perform well, not being able to fully enjoy those shows. And the fact that the band didn't have all the keys to decision making.

Yes, something like that. I thought he had some lead role within the production. He also talked about the lights on "Kagerou" and the intentions to make it similar to the earliest tours. These details make all the difference.

Very interesting video, they really worked hard on this new song... it saddens me not to like "One More Time" in the end.

It's quite interesting to see boss Haruna dominating the stage and then calmly taking the backseat in the studio, to suddenly impress everyone with perfect vocals. Meanwhile, Mami works on Haru's guitar.

Tomomi deserves a song with a proper bass solo, she's so good.

I very likely could be wrong, but I think he was the lighting director as he speaks about the lighting setup as well. So not THE concert director but one of the chief directors of the show.

I know other bands do this and am curious of Scandal is the same way.

In that scene, MAMI was playing her own part that's heard during the solo. She was simply just using HARU's guitar to record it.

If you recall their 15th anniversary concert, for this song HARU only sang using a handheld mic and didn't play guitar at all. It'll probably be the same for all live performances of this song going forward.

To me it shows Haruna's guitar is well constructed. Her tele is not only nice-looking, but also versatile to the point that it suits both Haru/Mami styles. 

Looks like Mami is more interested in teles lately.

For some reason, they set the video to private maybe 15-20 minutes ago. They haven't said why.


Edit: It's been reuploaded at a new link. Will edit my previous post with the new video. They tweeted that they reuploaded it because there was a typo. The typo is that in the very beginning it had listed the Diary as being ＃9 instead of ＃11.
