2 years ago I found this game by Arc System works called BlazBlue that shared quite a resemblance to Guilty Gear. I'm really not a fan of Guilty Gear (because... I suck at it) and avoided Blazblue cuz of that. A few months after, no good games were coming out for the PSP and I decided to give this a shot. And oh boy was I right in my choice. As of now I play the sequel (still on the PSP), and switched my main character from Ragna to Tager. How bout you guys?

Come on, you guys don't play this? It's a fighting game. It's awesome. Has prolly the best cast of characters I've seen in a fighting game. .love.

Bump cuz I just bought this game for the N3DS and its really really legit, I dont know the names yet but I love the ice dude, he's just so ez to play and destroys, is there a blazblue game for other consoles?

Yea there's blazblue for ps3 and 360.
Yea blazblue is freakin legit!! I play on ps3 so if you got one we should play sometime!

Awesome mate :3 Just a quick note there's 2 versions you can get; Blazblue: Calamity Trigger is the old one and Blazblue: Continuum Shift is the new 'super' one. I plan to get Continuum Shift later since I have Calamity Trigger already. I strongly suggest getting both for the single player since CS has a story which continues from CT. ^_^

@fury: Oh ok cool, just looked for them and both of em together is like 50$, not even the price of a new game, i'll be picking them up in 2 weeks from today n_n

I've got Blaze Blue : Calamatri Trigger for the ps3 ... but i dont play it that often cause i suck at it T__T ... anyways if someone wants to play with or in this case against me feel free to add me to your psn list : Dualyy ... wow wasn't that obvious :D

I got the game but i never got into it that much the special attacks were too hard to use and there wasnt enough characters in the game

I think it's actually easier than other fighting games. and there's an easy input mode for those who want to play mash.

@grolem did you play Contnuum Shift II? it had more characters.

my favorite game 2d fighting in recent times.

undoubtedly the best of all, about the characters. my favorite is Ragna.

I select it always, but I also like to play with jin, noel, rachel and Hakumen

psp game in cintinuum shift 2 and there and played with hazama, valkenhayn and makoto.

will get a new version of continuum shift called continuum shift extend.

December 17 in japan will be released for PS3, x-box 360 and ps vita

at the Tokyo Game Show, the radio program blazblue radio BuruRaji presented the opening

but did not upload because I really like the quality.

I find Jin super amusing and easy to use, and Noel is sadly annoying. Carl is also SUPER annoying. I have yet to finish the story mode in Calamity Trigger but my friend had to look up a guide online because the paths are all over the place.

Also, I heard that it seems like the developers are taking this whole Guilty Gear route whereby they just release different, slightly more expanded versions of the same game (I'm looking at you, Continuum Shift) as opposed to making complete sequels. >>

last Saturday came out in Japan not only psvita, but also the BlazBlue continuum shift extend

for this console, ps3 and x-box 360.

the truth, I saw many videos on youtube, practically nothing.

but I found the opening in a halfway decent quality.

and read somewhere that the studio by the animation is production i.g
also in arksys website says its release date for the Usa is 14 February.

So we will wait until next year

I'm bumping this post because I simply love this game! I play it on the console as well as in the arcade. My main is Hazama and I'm still trying to learn the corner combo for Continuum Shift: Extend as the arcade in my area has no Blazblue: Chronophantasma.
