I could be wrong of course but the twitter #scndl hashtag being there and "off-line meeting" makes it sound like footage from a fan twitter meetup more than an official release.

I agree with Jerry and Sam; if it hasn't been officially confirmed by SCANDAL themselves or by a reputable source, then it probably shouldn't be up on SH. And like Sam said, this definitely seems more like a fan-made thing, especially since on the envelope it says "Please read this first," and on the DVD it says "Present for you" as if it's addressed to the girls themselves.

^ Agreed. The one listed in the current thread title looks like its for a fan made DVD. The true official release is called JAPAN TITLE MATCH LIVE 2012 「SCANDAL vs BUDOKAN」.

i was looking foward to a dvd of their tour for baby action but i guess we wont get it then any news on that?
