just done watching "Time Traveller: The Girl Who Leapt Through Time"
and i really liked it...

Though it looks rushed, but overall, as a standalone movie, it looks fine.

I just started watching
Nihonjin no Shiranai Nihongo, It's HILARIOUS.
And it also teaches you a lot about the Japanese Language.
I'd recommend to anyone learning how to speak Japanese as the drama is based on teaching Japanese.

I just finished watching the movie Boku no Hatsukoi o Kimi ni Sasagu or I Give My First Love to You starring Inoue Mao and Okada Masaki

My comment: One of the most amazing J-movie, like Koizora.. very dramatic and tear-jerker

Has anyone watched Ai No Mukidashi (Love Exposure) ?
I just saw a trailer for it and it looks quite interesting and from the reviews I've read it sounds pretty good but its 4 hours long.. o.o

Yeah, I live in the western suburbs though.

EDIT: about the movie i mentioned, Ai No Mukidashi (Love Exposure)... I just watched the first two hours of it and I guess i should say this, just in case: not recommended for young audiences as their are some graphic/mature scenes.

Yay Aussies! But alas I am a Sydneysider. XD

Dramas I like to watch ... Akihabara@DEEP, I can watch forever and ever. It's short, sweet and not dramatic XD. It's about otaku and their kick-ass, fighting maid and how they try to fix the problems of Akiba's otaku. There's a movie as well and it's just sweet. haha

Movies: Parade. It's just ... it's about the four characters, basically, and about two weeks in their life after a stranger appears in their midst. A slice of life, dramatic kind of movie and the shenanigans these people get up to. It's slow, for mature viewers for nudity and the like, but it's just ... there's something profound about it.

The Sky Crawlers is something to check out as well.

I'm currently watching Akihabara@DEEP! It's got a really unique story and it's interesting to find out about the life of otaku's, hikkikomori's, etc.
Favourite characters are Box and Akira! .clap.

Need to find the time to finish it soon :S

Yay, I finally managed to find some time and to watch Nihonjin no Shiranai Nihongo. Liked it so much. It was very hilarious and sometimes touching. It was also interesting to learn some new things about japanese laguage and culture
And Naka Riisa was so cute ^__^
