- I think Yama-jii is gone for good. Not that surprised, since he's been shown as having pretty poor leadership skills; Toushirou said something about it in the Fullbring arc, making that decision to bring back Ichigo, no matter what the cost, is something no leader should do or something like that.
So, in my opinion ... it's not over until you see a body. Or a flashback lol. I think Kenpachi's 'Yachiru' arc and how he came into power is kind of a loose end, so I'm hoping to see that resolved, I don't think he's gone for good. He'll probably just say, "I thought I just tripped over." /Durarara reference lol

He's one of the few main male characters I like....
And I know I'm probably totally alone on this, but god I hate that Ichigo escaped from that cage >__>
I don't like him one bit. Now it's all "Ichigo's here to save the day! Yay!!" UGH.
I hope the leader Quincy kills him
I mean, he was able to kill Yamamoto.
But of course it won't happen :/
Can't kill the main character off.
I'm really glad Rukia's safe though. Don't wanna see her go either.

O_O I really like Ichigo as a protagonist. He's probably my favourite hero of the series I'm currently following simply because he's a little crazy and derpy. lol It's a bit of a rarity, I find main characters hard to like (I get really fixated on side characters. Luckily, Ichigo and Rukia aren't side characters lol but the Visoreds... I miss like no tomorrow.)
I really liked Ichigo's appearance in the chapter; him escaping the cage was necessary for him to see what was happening, though. Not that he can change the course of events now, but it's all about development. XD
I think he needs to get knocked down a couple more notches, though... but I'm waiting for a time when Hollow comes out, and he fights it off ... but how far away we are from that is ... anyone's guess lol.

- The question now is did Ichigo acquire that ability via some means? Or was he born with it but it remained dormant until now. From the latter standpoint, I'm guessing that he may be a child of a shinigami and a quincy. Savvy? Cue Masaki...and from that point, I think it's pretty natural to speculate the relationship between Ryuuken and Masaki given the Isshin Ryuuken rivalry/friendship.
Ok perhaps I'm thinking too far ahead again.
Nonetheless kudos to the slightly longer chapter this week. \m/

- That would be interesting. Still pulling a few strings from the shadows. It never really was clear to me what exactly he wanted from Ichigo. I think at one point he said something like "I'll devour you later"
And for the sword next to Uruhara, I am secretly hoping it's Grimmjow. We never saw him actually die :p

Yep... Ichigo's got it all now... Kubo has given him ALL powers literally in every arc. Shinigami, Hollow, Fullbring and now quincy... Meh... I wanted Ichigo to focus more on his shinigami abilities, but it looks like Kubo's main focus will be on his quincy powers now...
