I went to check out the official channel again, but I can't seem to find the Shunkan vid.

Both of those are official. The Vevo one is for the international fans (outside of Japan), while the other one, SMEJ (which stands for Sony Music Entertainment Japan) is for the Japanese fans (so people outside of Japan can't watch the Vevo one and vice versa, though that can be bypassed)

maybe they wanted to post the 'most famous video' before, and now they'll upload the new video with the next release I don't know. it's strange anyway

Hmmm... It's kinda upsetting and disappointing that whoever's in charge of their VEVO channel doesn't post new videos up or even the previous ones... I mean even the idea of having a channel dedicated just to Japan and another for the world isn't exactly the smartest of decisions either. Plus, Sony is VERY strict and tend to take down heaps of their videos, whether lives or interviews. They've taken down a lot of videos and a couple which have reached over a million views too... *sigh*
Rice from vimeo recently made all the SCANDAL pvs private and unavailable as well so it's even more harder to find their pvs... Anyway, this link will work if you want to see all them. Even though Rice's videos are on private, you can view it from this channel:

^Yup, the most recent video was Satisfaction, but as far as the US goes, we cannot even watch the video..... that was two months ago too.... It seems to be in two to three month intervals, or possible the person in charge of the channel quit, which makes no sense since SCANDAL is very popular and it IS VEVO..... But it does say SCANDAL4VEVO could that mean something?

well there are four members in SCANDAL and there were previous bands called SCANDAL on Vevo, its a way to avoid misconception (the system would allow a second name spelling S C A N D A L anyway...)

Yeah, the 4 in SCANDAL4VEVO is probably just to distinguish them from the American band Scandal. *sigh* I wonder if the girls themselves know about all of their videos getting taken down from Sony and if they, themselves can actually upload videos from their VEVO account as well.

It would be nice if their more recent videos were just posted in that channel, instead of all of the ones on personal channels getting taken down right away by Sony
