今日は、みんなでミーティング。
からのボイトレでしたん。
ボイトレの先生と喋ってて、逆に普段やらない方がいいことってありますか？って聞いたら…

「あー腹筋は絶対やらないでっ」
って。
あら。私ずっと勘違いしてた。
一時期腹筋に燃えてた時期があったんだけど、逆効果らしい。
そのかわり、背筋はやった方がいいよって！

気をつけまーす。
そして頑張りまーす。
明日はリハっす。

Today we had a meeting.
Then I had voice training.
I talked with my voice training sensei, and I asked, "Conversely, is it better not doing the usual things?"...

They said.
Ah. I've misunderstood this whole time.
For a while I was getting fired up doing sit-ups, but it seems it was acting against me.
Instead, I should work on my back muscles!

I'll be careful.
And I'll do my best.
Tomorrow we have a rehearsal.

I recently got New glasses.
I had lost my previous ones.

Had some trouble translating this, partly because apparently sit-ups are supposed to help with your voice (makes your diaphragm stronger), so I was kind of confused about that part. haha. Sorry for any errors I may have made!

On the other hand, my back muscles have gotten better!

To clarify, HARUNA was told [by her voice teacher] instead of sit-ups (ab muscles), she should work on her back muscles.

Yeah it's true actually, sit-ups strengthens your abs which actually makes it more difficult for your diaphragm to expand, which is very crucial for singing. More muscular abs means more resistance that your diaphragm encounters while trying to expand, not that it means it's good to be fat either but yeah.
