I ordered the Limited Edition /w DVD
Would love to have this magazine thingy too but too expensive to buy all versions .waaa.
Am a bit sad that only the regular edition gets the First Press Item but since its only valid in Japan I think I will pass this one

I got the DVD version and Photobook version for BABY ACTION and first press for LOVE SURVIVE. Yup, the live pass in the first press for BABY ACTION won't do me much good I guess, so I passed.

@seikomiru: The Photobook I mentioned is for the album BABY ACTION. LOVE SURVIVE has one photo booklet that comes with the first press version, which is not the same as the Photobook.

If you have already placed order, chances are you are getting the first press LOVE SURVIVE, which means you're getting the photo booklet. Because first press simply means it is the 1st batch of CDs being released.

Do note the Photobook is NOT the same as the photo booklet. The photo booklet is a small bonus item that is given to ppl who buy the single early, whereas the Photobook is a full-fledged photo album meant to be a collectible, hence the higher price.

Nope you're not wrong, the booklet is the one they put inside the cd case, if there's a photobook it'd be the size of a magazine (roughly) with high definition photos.

Indeed. I was surprised how big the Temptation Box photobook was. It's like an album, really. 8x11 like most books, and pretty thick, considering.

@elevenglass: There are 2 editions that are "limited": (1) the CD+DVD, (2) the photobook. The DVD version is considered a limited edition, but it's not the edition that's known as just the "Limited Edition" version (that one is the photobook).


The DVD version is known as the CD+DVD version. Like Erich/wat said, basically it has "DVD" in the description.

The photobook version is known simply as just the Limited Edition version. If on a site the title just says "Limited Edition" with the first letters capitalized, then it means the photobook edition. It is also the edition that costs the most money.

I'm torn here... on one hand the Limited Edition with Photobook is freaking expensive... on the other hand, I missed BEST SCANDAL's photobook and I have been regretting it for years...

Meh, I guess I'll make a decision on it when the time comes.

CDJapan is now awarding 1000 points on orders over 5000 yen if you pay via PayPal. This would pretty much eliminate the shipping cost of something like the BABY ACTION Magazine Edition. So if you order the Magazine Edition and the LOVE SURVIVE single together at the minimum, you'll still have to pay full price up front and LOVE SURVIVE will arrive a little later than you want. But you'll have a good amount of points to help you save some money in the future.

I just pre-ordered the Deluxe Magazine Edition + CD+DVD Edition worth $114...Minus my 994 frequent shopper points from CDJapan, I spent $105 paying with PayPal...sheesh!!!! They better be worth it...coz I just spent over $100 .whiteflag. .rage.

**I was saving up money for my next Celga package...which includes a loooooooooooot of magazines with SCANDAL on the cover...I have 18 magazines in the Celga Japan Warehouse + 7 CD's + 1 Meisa Kuroki poster. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna be spending over $200 on the EMS shipping alone. Nw that I just spent $100 on SCANDAL's next album, my Celga package is gonna have to wait another month T________T**

Just to be sure, I'm looking at YesAsia.com right now and sees three different version.
-Baby Action (ALBUM+DVD)(First Press Limited Edition)(Japan Version) $42.25,
-Baby Action (First Press Limited Edition)(Japan Version) $63.49, this one includes some sort of booklet or pb, correct? shipment is 6.
-and one is a Normal Edition, $35.25, it doesn't include anything extra.

If it's correct, I will be ordering the first 2.
