As mentioned in Fender Japan's article about SCANDAL's 15th anniversary concert, the new bass that TOMO used is a Jazz Bass in the color "Fiesta Red."

Crossreferencing the color name with Jazz basses, it could possibly be a Fender MiJ Traditional II 60s Jazz Bass (the pickups are different, though), or possibly a new signature bass...?

Not sure if anyone else noticed this, but TOMO is sporting a "SCANDAL x Fender" collaboration strap with her new Fiesta Red Jazz Bass in the "one more time" music video. It looks like the distressed white strap that HARU uses with her white/gold Tele. We'll probably see more info on this soon.
